Hi, my name's Angus from the Ramsdens watch department and in this video we're going to be talking about how to set the bezel and set the time and date on your Rolex GMT watch. First of all, you'll need to unscrew the crown like so and then pull the crown out to the third position. This will enable you to set the minute hand and the reference time of your GMT hand and then if you push the crown in one step, you'll be able to adjust the hourhand and the date, rotating the crown towards yourself. Advancing the hour hand 24 hours will cause the date to change. Then once you've reached your desired time, simply screw down the crown. Ensure the case is sealed. If you have a trip to Hong Kong, for example, simply rotate the bezel anticlockwise, eight clicks, and then the GMT hand will display the local time in Hong Kong. And then there you can see the watch is showing as 3:00 local time. And then the GMT hand is indicating 11 p.m. in Hong Kong. And then if you do not no longer need the GMT function, simply set the bezel back to 12:00 and that will show the 24-hour time in your local time zone.
