Delivery

We will deliver most products (jewellery and watches) to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 7 days after the day on which we accept your order. Selected items may be subject to an additional lead time with our suppliers. Where this is the case, the applicable product page will have the dispatch time noted.

DPD (UK)

Selected high value orders will be delivered by DPD (UK) and may be subject to additional security checks. As a result this may delay the dispatch of your order and we thank you in advance for your patience should this happen. Delivery made by DPD (UK) will require confirmation of an earlier DPD provided PIN and must be accepted over the threshold at the delivery address, within the advised time slot and cannot under any circumstances be delivered to an alternative destination such as with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Royal Mail

Typically, we will send goods to you using the first class service or special delivery service with Royal Mail.

Click & Collect

You can choose to collect products from any of our stores throughout the UK.

Returns

If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging with the delivery note, within the cooling off period.

Reverso

First created in 1931 by French engineer René-Alfred Chauvot, The Reverso was designed at the request of Polo players who demanded a watch capable of standing up to the rigours of the game. The design is considered a classic of art deco design with balanced quadrilateral lines and unmistakable horizontal fluting. The casing is so precisely fitting that on initial viewing, its rotational case ability so to protect the face, is unevidenced.
