Delivery
We will deliver most products (jewellery and watches) to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 7 days after the day on which we accept your order. Delivery made by DPD (UK) will require confirmation of an earlier DPD provided PIN and must be accepted over the threshold at the delivery address, within the advised time slot and cannot under any circumstances be delivered to an alternative destination such as with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Returns
