Selected items may be subject to an additional lead time with our suppliers. Where this is the case, the applicable product page will have the dispatch time noted.
DPD (UK)
Selected high value orders will be delivered by DPD (UK) and may be subject to additional security checks. As a result this may delay the dispatch of your order and we thank you in advance for your patience should this happen. Delivery made by DPD (UK) will require confirmation of an earlier DPD provided PIN and must be accepted over the threshold at the delivery address, within the advised time slot and cannot under any circumstances be delivered to an alternative destination such as with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Returns
