Delivery
We will deliver most products (jewellery and watches) to you as soon as reasonably possible and in any event within 7 days after the day on which we accept your order. DPD (UK)
Selected high value orders will be delivered by DPD (UK) and may be subject to additional security checks. As a result this may delay the dispatch of your order and we thank you in advance for your patience should this happen. Delivery made by DPD (UK) will require confirmation of an earlier DPD provided PIN and must be accepted over the threshold at the delivery address, within the advised time slot and cannot under any circumstances be delivered to an alternative destination such as with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Returns
